This Refund Policy explains how refunds, wallet balances, coins, deposits, and withdrawals are handled on the QCT sportz platform.

1. General Policy

• All payments on QCT sportz are processed manually.
• Deposits and withdrawals require admin review and approval.
• Refunds are only issued in specific valid situations.

2. Virtual Coins & Conversion

QCT sportz uses a virtual coin system for rewards and tournament activities.

• 10 Coins = ₹1 (Indian Rupee)
• Coins can be earned through:
  • Watching rewarded ads
  • Completing tasks
  • Tournament rewards
  • Admin bonuses or promotions
• Coins are platform-based virtual rewards.
• Coins have no real-world value until converted to wallet cash.

2.1 Coin to Cash Conversion

• Users may convert coins to cash inside the wallet.
• Conversion rate is fixed at 10 coins = ₹1.
• Converted cash becomes part of the user’s wallet balance.
• Daily conversion limits may apply.

2.2 Cash to Coin Conversion

• Users may convert wallet cash into coins.
• Conversion rate is ₹1 = 10 coins.
• This action is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Deposits

• Deposits are subject to admin verification.
• Incorrect UTR, fake proof, or mismatched payments will be rejected.
• Users must provide correct payment details.

3.1 Deposit Refund Conditions

A deposit may be refunded only if:

• The transaction is not approved by the admin.
• The tournament is cancelled by the platform.
• There is a verified technical issue on the platform.

Refunds are not guaranteed for user mistakes such as:

• Wrong UTR or payment details
• Incorrect tournament selection
• Failure to join the match on time

4. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be requested through the wallet.
• Minimum withdrawal limits may apply.
• All withdrawals are manually reviewed.

Processing time may range between 24–72 hours depending on workload.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Coins already converted to cash or used in tournaments
• Completed and played tournaments
• Violation of fair play or platform rules
• Account suspension due to cheating or fraud
• Incorrect payment details provided by the user

6. Tournament Cancellation

If a tournament is cancelled by QCT sportz:

• Entry fees may be refunded to the wallet.
• Refunds may be given as wallet cash or coins.
• Refund method is decided by the platform.

7. Fraud & Abuse

QCT sportz reserves the right to:

• Reject refunds for suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Reset wallet balances obtained through abuse
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud

8. Processing Time

• Refund reviews: up to 72 hours
• Withdrawal processing: 24–72 hours
• Complex disputes may take longer

9. Changes to Refund Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated policy.
