1. Platform Overview

QCT sportz is a skill-based competitive gaming platform that hosts and promotes online esports tournaments, challenges, and reward-based activities across multiple games.

The platform may support various esports titles including, but not limited to:

• Free Fire
• BGMI / PUBG Mobile
• Call of Duty Mobile
• Other skill-based esports titles

We do not promote gambling, betting, or luck-based gaming. All outcomes depend on player skill, performance, and strategy.

2. Platform Structure & Tournament Types

QCT sportz operates as a platform partner that may host:

• Official tournaments organized directly by QCT sportz
• Third-party tournaments organized by partners or communities

All tournaments listed on the platform must follow the platform’s no betting, no gambling, and no scamming policy.

Platform Guarantee:

• If a specific stage or match is conducted under QCT sportz supervision, we guarantee fair execution of that stage.
• If the entire tournament is organized and managed by QCT eSportz, we guarantee the fairness and integrity of the full tournament.

3. Eligibility

• Minimum age to use the platform is 16 years
• Users below 18 years must have parental/guardian consent
• Only one account per person is allowed
• Fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts are prohibited

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

All tournaments must follow the official fair play and community rules of the respective game.

• No hacks, mods, scripts, or third-party cheats
• No teaming, ghosting, or match manipulation
• Valid in-game details must be provided
• Admin or referee decisions are final in disputes

5. No Gambling / Betting Policy

• No betting or wagering on match results
• No luck-based prize systems
• No lottery-style rewards
• No prediction or odds-based gameplay

Any activity violating applicable laws may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

6. Maintenance Fees & Prize Pool Clarification

QCT sportz does NOT charge entry fees for gambling purposes.

• Any collected amount is treated as a maintenance fee
• Maintenance fees may be used for:
  • Server and hosting costs
  • Operations and management
  • App development and maintenance
  • Marketing and promotions
• Prize pools may be funded by:
  • Platform funds
  • Sponsors and partners
  • Advertisement revenue

Prize money is not generated from player-versus-player betting.

7. Wallet, Coins & Virtual Currency

• Coins are virtual, platform-based rewards
• Coins may be earned through tasks, ads, or tournaments
• Wallet balances reflect only approved transactions
• Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in balance reset

8. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

• Payments may be manual or automated depending on the system
• Deposits and withdrawals may require verification or approval
• Incorrect payment details are the user’s responsibility

9. Ads & Reward System

• Watching ads is optional
• Rewards depend on platform rules
• Multiple accounts for ad rewards are prohibited

10. User Responsibility & Fair Usage

• Education, work, and personal life should come first
• QCT sportz does not guarantee income
• The platform is for entertainment and competition
• Excessive or unhealthy gameplay is discouraged

11. Prohibited Activities

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
• Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• Impersonation or misleading identity
• Violation of any applicable law

12. Account Suspension & Termination

QCT sportz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms or rules are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Required by law or legal authority

14. Limitation of Liability

• No guarantee of winnings or earnings
• No responsibility for third-party game servers
• No liability for technical downtime or delays
